The Mill House is an "upside-down" house, with the lion's share of the bedrooms downstairs and an office/nursery, a bedroom, and a wonderful, large, open-plan kitchen/dining/living room upstairs. The Reception area is upstairs on the left and has French doors leading out to a terrace; from the terrace, steps lead down to the garden. Being elevated, there is a lovely view of the village church from the kitchen, and the room is wonderfully bright.



Upon entering the house, you are greeted by a central staircase coming down from the 1st floor. The hallway feels light, with glazed doors on the landing allowing light in, as do the front door and the rear windows. There is a Utility room on the right, and a good range of bedrooms to the left and right. They are all double bedrooms, with one being an ensuite and a family bathroom at the end.



Upstairs to the right is a smaller room which would make an ideal office, and at the very end, a double bedroom with a walk-through dressing room and an ensuite bathroom.



Willstock Farm is set between the Quantock Hills AONB and the Mendip Hills AONB, and Exmoor is less than 20 miles away. Bridgewater is about 2 miles away, Taunton 6 miles and Bristol and Exeter are just under an hour away, both with international airports.
